Noble Retarder is a slow-drying organic solvent. Paint film is smooth and gloss. It can prevent mist on surface from low temperature. It is suitable for thinning with Lacquer, Industrial Lacquer and Polyurethane. It can be applied during high moisture and raining weather condition.
Homogeneously mixed with Industrial Lacquer and Polyurethane and N.C.
Prevent mist on surface & Enhancing gloss and smooth film.
Free from dangerous heavy metals: Lead & Mercury.
